Shipping policy

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekend will be processed on first week day. Orders will only ship out Monday’s to Friday’s. Please keep in mind, as personalized products are not shipped out right away.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing/creation time: 3-5 Business Days (W/ 1-3 With First in Line)
Shipping time: 1-2 Weeks (Business Days)

International Shipping MAY differ in arrival time.

Orders may be delayed up to 2 weeks if high demand is met.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP.
